Faith is

Faith is knowing that maybe you can't,  but that God definitely can.

You don't know how you're going to be blessed, but you know that you will be.

You don't know how you're going to win, but you know that in Christ, you will win.
You don't know how spiritual, mental, physical, or emotional healing will come, but you know that it is God's desire, and so in Christ it will come.
You don't know how your job or finances will become enough, but God said he knows the plans He has for you- they are for prosperity, a future,  and a hope.
When you know that God is a loving father, you know that what is impossible for you, is possible with God. 
God is love.

God doesn't need our help, just our obedience

**God needs our obedience,  not our help **
The devil took everything from Job, but God gave it back double. Job didn't do it, God did.  Jacob's Uncle Laban tried again and again to cheat him and take his blessing.  He tried trickery and deceit with his daughters and the sheep that he promised to Jacob.  Nothing Jacob did changed his fortune, God caused "all things to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose"
It was nothing Jacob or Job did.  God didn't need their help, just their obedience. If someone is tricking or cheating you, remember,  they can't keep your blessing and all the extra work you do won't bring it unless God told you to do it.  IT'S NOT YOU WHO WILL BRING YOUR PROSPERITY AND YOUR BLESSINGS.  IT'S GOD AND HIM ALONE! HALLELUJAH! !

Forgiveness and Renewal

*Forgiveness & renewal*
It's time to forgive, forget, heal and renew.  Let all old things pass.  Each morning when we push back the curtains or pull up the blinds we are looking at something incredible.   We're looking at newness of life.  We're looking at a day that is as new a a new born baby. A brand new chance to look at life in a different way.   "All things old have passed away.  All things have become new."  The day has been 'born again' if you will.  Now our thoughts must follow suit and be born again. all old regrets, all old frustrations, all old pains are gone like last night and will never return if we don't let them.  Saturday night,  5/21/16 is gone and will never return.  With it went all those painful yesterdays.  *Let go and let God. * Our lives are Brand new every morning. Our thoughts must now be brand new every morning.
*Forgiveness and Renewal  starts today with the rising of the sun.*

Hopelessness can not win!

Have you ever tried to offer hope to someone and they flatly rejected it? The Word of God tells us that we should rejoice in Him always.  He tells us to think on those things that are worthy of praise.  His word says that "As a man thinks,  so is he."  It's not time to get frustrated when your offer of hope in the faithfulness of Jesus  Christ is rejected.  Now is the time to rebuke and remove stumbling blocks. Now is the time to bind the demons that hold that person in bondage.  Rebuke fear and doubt. Bind up a deaf and blind spirit.  Cast out confusion and hopelessness.  Stand in the gap for that person and stand on the word of God.  "Ask and you shall receive. "  God is waiting for us to take our places as warriors.  It's almost time to get on the battlefield.  It will be the fight of our lives, says the Lord.  🙌 🙏 💒 The good news is that we have the victory.   Jesus has overcome the world.

He Leader Me

Parents always hold a toddler's hand when they are venturing out and especially when they cross the street.  They do it because they love them and they keep their toddler safe that way. If the toddler jerks away from the parent and runs into the street, they are in immediate danger. 

"The Lord is my Shepherd"

Hold on to God's unchanging hand.  We are His toddlers and He loves us and wants us to be safe.  If we ignore His Word and jerk away to do our own thing, we can't blame Him when things go wrong.  We have placed ourselves in immediate danger. 

"Thy rod, and Thy staff, they comfort me."

Stay in His presence.  Listen to His words of blessing and of warning.  He will gently lead you.

Purpose

You have a purpose in life.  God's word tells us that he knew us before we had any form.  He shaped us with care and placed us in our mother's womb. He has called, anointed,  and appointed us.  Our lives should consist of more than just -get up, go to work, come home, take care of family, go to bed, -get up  , get ready, go to work, over and over again.  Take time to meditate on God's word.  Find time to be alone with God and Godly people, just to hang out, not for some meeting. Your true purpose will come to you.  It will give peace to your soul and fill you with joy.  It will give you a sense of purpose and fulfillment.  It will be exciting and will fit like a glove.  God knows you. God loves you. He wants to see you soar.  Your purpose is more than a responsibility.  It isn't a hamster wheel.  This is His Word to you.  It's not from me.  He gave it to me and told me to deliver it.  Seek your purpose.  It won't make you weary.  It will fill you with new life each day.  He has a purpose for you.

Questions that cause problems

How often have we all heard or thought, "why does God let terrible things happen to people?"
"Why are children dying, starving, and being abused?"  Why does He allow murder?"  Here's a thought.  God created man and woman in His image and then in Genesis 1:28, "then God blessed them and said, Be fruitful and multiply.  FILL THE EARTH AND GOVERN IT.  REIGN over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the creatures that scurry on the ground."
We all know about the apple and all the problems that came from it.  But God gave us dominion and we humans messed up.  God has given us many examples like "the good Samaritan", and many sets of instructions concerning humanity and this earth.  We don't always follow them.  We have 2 choices.   Get up and do as much as we can about human suffering or ask God to control everything.   If He controls EVERYTHING,  He will choose our partners, control our actions and thoughts,  remove the music we listen to, the shows we watch, and the amount of food we eat.  I think we rather enjoy our freedom of choice.  We're not God the creator.  We don't get to tell Him what to do.  If we ask Him to step in and take over- look out party people, those days are gone. 
   Only the devil would put God on trial and convict Him for the things that humans do.  Let's just get up and use our lives as a blessing to everyone we touch.  We can end suffering as a human race if we listen to instructions and if we try.  We can each make a difference in Jesus name.

Mother's Day

"A child is a gift from God".  We all thank God for the gift of children and for the gift of  mothers.
Whether you are a child or a mother, (and we are all children) you are a gift.  As a mother you have one of God's gifts living in the form of a child.  If you haven't given birth to a child, you have loved someone as a child.  In this, we have all shared the love of God and made Him a little more real. Blessings on Mother's Day.

Feel like you're in a lion's den?

If you feel like Daniel in the lion's den, remember that the Lord shut the mouths of the Lions and Daniel was able to walk out of the cave free and unharmed.   There mught be troubles surrounding  you, but God has His hand between you and them.  You can see them, but they haven't been allowed to crush you.  You will overcome them, and you WILL walk away free and undamaged.   Just continue to pray.  God is real.

When the world is upside down

If your hands are lifted up to God in prayer and praise when the world seems like it's turning upside down,  you're already holding on to something so don't worry, you won't fall and He won't let you go.

Go like Gideon

Gideon is a judge in the book of Judges ch. 6-8.  He was called on by God to get rid of a big problem that was tormenting his people.  Gideon had 32,000 warriors which seems like enough until you know that there were 135,000 enemy soldiers. Surprisingly, God told him to send home 22,000 men because they were fearful  (no faith ). Next God sent home all but 300 men. Gideon and 300 men defeated 135,000 enemy soldiers. 
"If God is for you, Who then can stand against you? ".  You may have an immense problem in front of you right now, but your God is bigger than your problem.  Trust Him, go forward.  P.U.S.H. 🙌 🙇 you don't need a bigger army. Get your prayer warrior partners and go boldly to the throne of grace.  Do what you feel God tells you to do and you will win. You are already victorious in Him‼️ 👏🏆💪🙏🙌

Conscious, personal discipline

1 Peter 5:8 "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. "   it's so easy to become distracted by the issues, and normal business of everyday life.  We just fall into our routine and we are off to the races.  Do we consciously carry Jesus with us?  Are we paying attention to the distractions that the devil uses to keep us from our daily prayer time?  How often do we make promises to the Lord, and then just let them go? Conscious personal discipline will keep our world from being shaken.  Conscious personal discipline will keep us before His face in prayer.  When we are vigilant, bad things can't creep up on us.  Let's be as faithful to Him as He is to us.  CONSCIOUS, PERSONAL DISCIPLINE.

Testimony

How much does God love you?  He hung there and rose again.  Let's make this Praise and Appreciation Day.  Write a blessing that you've received so that your witness of His glory is a testimony.  I'll start. 
Thank you Lord for answering my prayers for my home, my car, and the lives of all my family members who were ill.  You have saved us in more ways than one. In Jesus name. Amen 😊 🙏 💒

The battle isn't over

The scriptures tell us that we are at war.  2 Corinthians 10:3-5 " For though we walk in the flesh, we don't war in the flesh. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty through God, to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that lifts itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; "
Every war has many battles.  Each battle is part of the war, but is not the war. Some  battles appear to be won, and some appear to be lost.  If you are trusting God for something, continue to pray through each battle    until you see it.  Each prayer is a battle in the war, but the actual war itself "ain't over until it's over."  Daniel fasted 21 days until he got his answer.  Each day represented a battle.  Don't give up on God because your struggle persists.  God heard your prayer.  Keep praying, believing,  trusting, reading, studying,and confessing the Word, and even fast if you have to.  Each time is a battle in the war which is your struggle, but remember,  He has overcome the world. You WILL triumph. You are victorious in Christ.!💪🏆💥👏🙇🙏🙌
