"Be anxious for nothing, but in all things, with prayer, thanksgiving, and supplication make your request known to God and the God of all peace will give you peace that passes all understanding. his peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. " philippians 4:6-8
Try a little meditation that you can do anywhere. Breathe in deeply through your nose to the slow count of 4. Breathe out slowly to the count of 4. As you are slowly counting to the inhale say, or think- Je-sus Christ, Son of God. There's a 4 count rhythm. 1 and 2, 3 and 4. Je- sus(count 1 and), Christ (count 2), son-of (3 &) God (4)
GREAT! Now breathe out to the count of 4. Wonderful( count 1), counselor (count 2), prince of peace (count 3 & 4). Flow with the rhythm, listen to the words. Do this several times. No fewer than 4 times. You can actually watch your blood pressure lower and you can feel the presence of God come in. He will share wisdom and love with you....Peace.
